Aragon IPS Power Supply

I have an IPS that I purchased from a seller online a few years back. (Don't recall whether from Audiogon or elsewhere.)  It worked once.  Doesn't work now.  So I opened it up and a fuse is dead.  
It's been a long while since I used this phono preamp so here is what I need to figure out: what voltage is my IPS designed for? The unit says 220V/240V but somebody crossed out the 220V and wrote in 110V.  Can I tell from the internals which kind of device I am looking at? (https://imgur.com/a/oy4QMJZ)
