Aragon 4004 upgrade to MK II

There is an Aragon 4004 MK I available in my area.  If I bought I would consider upgrading it to MK II.  Does anybody have any suggestions of anybody doing that work?  I would like to of how realistic it would be to get it upgraded and how much it would cost.
