You could try a pro sound rental company that rents out PA stuff for parties and DJs. I live in Santa Cruz and our local pro company Santa Cruz Sound actually had the proper rubber surrounds in stock to repair the woofers on my old Advent Loudspeakers. Many pro sound rental companies are constantly repairing their own and others' equipment. Worth a try, worked for me.
