AQ FIREBIRD VS DRAGON SPEAKER CABLES

Has anyone compared AQ Firebird bi-combo to Dragon Zero Speaker Cable. If so I would like to hear from you. If I am going to pay $$ I would like to know which one they are about the same price but different wiring configuration to speaker. It doesn't look like I will be able to compare these two. I have heard the Firebird bi-wire on loan and William Tell "Copper". Firebird was much better as it should. I am waiting for a William Tell loaner through my dealer, but they couldn't get the Dragon-Zero.

Man, you are asking a question about comparing some very expensive cables.

I own the Dragon power cords (that I bought used) and am really impressed with them, and I would think the interconnects, speaker cables would also be very impressive, but at this point they are out of my reach.

Beyond my means, but I purchased William Tell with 20% off and 60 days trial and the vendor gave me full price back on a speaker cable that I purchased from them six months earlier. They sold my old cable as open box. I also purchased an open box Dragon digital cable with additional discount from the open box price and it also came with a sixty day trial.

I should receive a William Tell (Silver) combo on loan shortly and will compare it to the Firebird combo on loan in my system.

I absolutely love my Dragon PCs, they really are the best that I’ve heard.

In my years of buying cables I’ve found that some manufactures make great PCs while others make other great cables, so it’s not a given the AQ Dragon speaker cables will be totally incredible, but they should be at $15k+.

I would consider a 30 day trial of QSA cables before making a final decision:

I received a 10ft length of Firebird Speaker cable combo and 10' length William Tell "Silver"  combo speaker cable. After a few weeks of lessoning on HD streaming; my rep. and I determined there was very little improvement in my system going with  the very expensive Speaker Cable combo "Firebird" from AudioQuest.
