Anyone use a Acoustic Solid, Solid Edition TT?

Picked up a Acoustic Solid, Solid Edition TT with a Audio Oragami PU7 tonearm. Tonearm is wired balanced with single run from clips to XLR connectors in silver. I'll need to figure out adapters to go from XLR to RCA to try it out .
It's a 66lb solid aluminum beast with a thread drive and a 30lb platter. Spindle bearing is unique in that it uses a Delrin pad at the bottom and a ceramic ball on the spindle but what is unique is the sleeve bearing. Made of Moglice, a product that I'm familiar with as it's used in the machine tool industry for rebuilding slideway surfaces. It has a very low coefficient of friction and is a pour-able 2 part mix. To use it in a spindle bearing a spindle dummy shaft is first coated with a release agent and after drying is carefully polished. Than it is positioned in the bottom of the spindle well with the Delrin pad in place and the liquid Moglice is poured in and allowed to harden. After that the dummy spindle is removed and the platter with spindle is ready to install. The mold release agent gives the spindle about 0.0001 clearance.
The platter will spin for about 90 seconds without the drive thread installed and a light coat of oil on the bearings. It's a nice piece of German engineering. Can't wait to get it up and running.
Does anyone else have one of these?

I had an original Syrinx PU7 tonearm and it served me very well for thirty years. The Acoustic Solid is a beautiful turntable and the bearing construction is very cool. It should give you a lifetime of pleasure.
I would have a dust cover made for it and put it on a MinusK platform.
Then I doubt you could every make a sonic improvement over it at any price!
