anyone tried audioquest carbon usb cable?

i have one on order My computer system is an i mac jolida glass fx dac jolida fx 10 van den hul first inter connect. I am using the usb included with the jolida. I am hoping the audioquest will smooth out the sound. The sound is too bright and etched. Is this just the sound of all usb set ups? I really hope not.
