Anyone tried aftermarket fuses in the newish Parasound JC1+s

I put a Synergistic Research Orange in my Rogue RP7 preamp to good effect, and was thinking about the same for my newish Parasound JC 1+ mono amps. Anyone gone down this road with this hardware yet? Or, probably relevant the JC1? Thanks.

I haven't gotten that far yet with my Jc5 but did switch out a Audioquest Edison outlet for a Furutech Gtx- d NCF outlet to great effect after a lengthy break in. I did use HiFi Tunning Supreme in the A21 the Jc5 replaced  but may try a Synergistic first.
The Orange Fuse works great in tube amps. Not as great as Townshend Pods but then the Fuse costs only about half a set of Pods. Synergistic ECT are similar.

A lot depends on what you want. The Fuse you already know will bring smoother detail and a little more depth. Orange is a nice liquid quality. ECT is not as liquid smooth, a little more detail oriented but similarly balanced. Pods are a real eye opener under tube gear, really opens it up with greater clarity and dynamics, and a nice improvement in tone. I've used Synergistic for years, everything has Orange, ECT, HFT, PHT and until recently wire too. But the Townshend reveals it to be a bit colored. Pleasantly, but even so there it is.

Hard to go wrong with any of them- which is why I use ALL of them! ;)
Thanks, so a good path for these big SS amps is the orange fuse first, then 5 ECTs each? Should I open the cases and put them on the locations noted on the SR site, or just on the bottom of the amps as they show this approach too? What glue do you use? What about the GCTs for these amps? I plan on keeping these amps for a bit so I'm willing to invest in them, but I have financial constraints. Looking for a logical path as I think you have done all the work for us(thanks). (I agree that the Townsend PODS make a huge improvement where I have deployed them)
I own JC 1s. I bypass the fuse entirely with 8 gauge wire. If something blows the house circuit breakers will take care of it. I can revert to stock in about 30 minutes. Designer fuses are awful. They can be way off spec.
If you need to use a fuse just use Littelfuse. If you want to spend some extra money they now have audiophile fuses. Stick with the pros.

No claims whatsoever for any better sound quality, seems more for medical to me.
Just higher glass breaking strength if in mobile conditions.
Fancy gold or rohdium plated end caps to better resist corrosion, if in humid conditions.

$10 in "slow blow only". DO NOT USE THEM TO REPLACE FAST BLOW FUSES

And guess what they are Orange🤦‍♂️ Put SR on them and sell for $150😵😵
