Anyone seen/heard new Denon DVD-3300?

Denon has just introduced the DVD-3300 with 24/192. Has anyone had the chance to use, see or hear this unit?

Hmmm...does that make it worth the $5-600 I hear it commands compared to the Pioneer 525's $249? Comments, please!
