Anyone Here Have Experience With The Krell Phantom III Pre-amp?

I'm thinking of switching from my Adcom GFP-750 to the Krell Phantom III. Will I gain much of an improvement in sound?

The Adcom gear is very decent for the price but there is no way that a design built for that price will have the clarity of a better preamp.
