Anyone have (or had) a Belles VT-01 V1? Auto un-mute after warmup?

I am hoping someone besides me has owned one of these preamps :)

If you have, can you confirm that the preamp is not supposed to unmute itself automatically after it warms up? Mine doesn't and I have always wondered if that was intentional or if something else was wrong with it.
