The tweeters are a bit hot so upgraded crossovers installed from the Crossover Chef who advertises on Ebay and great. Pick up a set for about $2,000 or less.If you had the room a nice upgrade to a larger size speaker would be the JBL L300 or the studio monitor equivalent JBL 4333. Look for speakers with the original cones and speakers. Speaker wire I used Audio Quest Rocket 11 for 8' they're about $300. Hope this helps.
