If money is not an issue, you may want to try Gold Lion (Russian) KT-88s. I don't think you will need to get more power out of them using the new Tung Sol KT-129s or 150s.I know you can get matched quads, I did, Matched octets I don't know.

The Original Gold Lions (Britain) are generally not available in large, quantities although there may be some old time collectors with them. I think the price would be astronomical. In addition you want matched octets in truly new condition, that may just not exist.
