I had an AMP 2 with S3/5's. Too soft. The AMP 2- that's the one with EL34's, right? I have a Rogue Stereo 90 now with KT88's, it is a much more dynamic amp than the Anthem. A different world, actually. Haven't heard the YBA.
Actually, if you're keeping the S3'5s you should look into ss. They are much more solid-state friendly than tube. I know, go figure. A Nait 5i sounds great on them.
