I never like to make long range predictions, but hopefully tomorrow will be another wonderful day in paradise.  Let us give thanks to the Chinese manufacturers who make our brilliant pyrotechnic displays possible. 

Hot dogs, baseball, apple pie and Chevrolet!  Plus Chinese fireworks!  We are living the dream!

Xi and Vlad are yukking it up this July 4th; they are loving Fat Donnie's sh*t show.

Have you ever listened to Incident On 57th Street, @thecarpathian ?  Quite soothing (in my opinion).  And let me also use this moment to again wish you a happy 4th, so I don’t bruise the delicate sensibilities of any snowflakes.

@unclewilbur , I wished you a happy 4th a few posts ago, but I guess I must have offended someone's dainty sensibilities, because my best wishes were deleted.  Anyway, I'll try it again: good to "see you" and thanks for the fact filled post.

Curiosity killed the cat.  I clicked on this last night and I have been getting popups from a site claiming to be McAfee since this morning telling me my computer is infected.  I just finished off doing a factory reset, and the popups have gone away and hopefully they will stay away.  My bad--I should have known better.
