Analog to Digital converter recommendation

I currently own a Camelot Uther D/A converter which also functions as my preamp. I have been very satisfied with the sound of the unit but I wish to connect an analog tuner. The Uther only has digital inputs. Can anyone make a recommendation for a decent but inexpensive analog to digital converter, hopefully in the $100-$300 range, which will accept stereo RCA's from a tuner or other analog source and output to digital with sample rate of 44.1 kHz? Sound quality is important but in this case I will be listening mostly to talk/news or background classical music.

Thanks

Some further followup for those that may find this thread later... I bought a Ratshack A2D--I needed to convert the analog out of my CATV box to digital coax, since my system has only PCM digital in (and the CATV digital out is Dolby). The Ratshack has some low level threshold circuit that cuts off the A2D conversion when the signal drops and also makes a "thwip" as the A2D cuts in. What that means is that you get a disturbing series of odd heartbeat like noises during low level passages. I've got an ART DIO on order. For those that come afterwards, skip the RatShack.
