Amplifiers - Classe Audio Seven Hundred vs Simaudio Celeste- W4250 SE - Anyone familiar?

I am about to purchase a power amp for my factory updated Proac Response 3’s.

I can purchase either a Classe Audio Seven Hundred - Rated output stereo: 200 watts x 2 (8 Ohms) / 400 watts x 2 (4 Ohms) / 800 watts x 2 (2 Ohms)

or a Simaudio Celeste W4250 SE - Output Power @ 8 ohms 250 Watts
Output Power @ 4 ohms 500.

Both are in great shape, internally I would say the Classe looks closer to original than the Simaudio.

Does anyone have any experience as to which would be the better choice? Due to Covid and everyday logistics it is impossible to audititon both of the with my Proac’s. I am more concerned with sound quality as either amp is more than enough power for my set up. 

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
