Amplifier for Wilson Watch Dog Passive

Hi all,
I am about to purchase a second hand Wilson Watchdog Passive Subwoofer with its controller.
I am now looking for a power amplifier that can be set in bridge mode to power the speaker.

I have the following second hand options locally (in price ascending order):
Carver M-1.0t (1990) - 300€
Carver TFM-35 (1995) - 400€
NAD 218 THX (1999) - 700€
Bryston 4B (1997) - 900€
(Prices are negotiable)

The question is: what would be the best option?
I want punch and slam but with high level of low frequency detail and control.
I listen mostly to Jazz and classical.

I would use the subwoofer mostly for 2ch music with my Wilson W/P 7.

The rest of the system is:
Preamplifier: VTL 7.5 MKII
Power amps: ML 33H
Speakers: Wilson W/P 7

Any help will be appreciated.

Why does the amp have to be bridgeable? It would probably be better to use mono amps instead.
