If you want to find out for sure if the final product coming out of your speakers, through the chain of electronics and cabling, is the proper absolute polarity you could buy an Absolute Polarity checker.

With that said as you have learned in your other resent thread the source material can invert the absolute polarity. In any event you will have your audio system set up for the proper absolute polarity if the recording engineer did his job correctly.

If the manual doesn't say it inverts I'd assume it doesn't. Give the manufacturer a call to be sure.
