Are the schematics for this power amp available anywhere now that ME has closed the biz for 10 years? Something blew taking out the D28 diode. Would save the EE who is going to look at it quite a bit of time.
There are things you can do in a pinch without a schematic. I would disconnect the output transistors on the same channel with the diode and with a multi-meter check the resistance across the pins. A shorted transistor is a common cause of burned out components.
