Alexia vs Salon 2

If you are really just using the system for home theater there are equally good less expensive alternatives then either of these.

Alexia more dynamic. More "in your face". Salon 2 more pure but less apparent "hit you over the head" dynamics.

Waste of money for surround sound. I have demoed the Salon 2 and the Sasha and would take the Revel for music because it was more coherent. But in your situation just buy the cheaper one and or demo the centers. That is what will make or brake yor system.
