Acoustat Rebuilds

I have a friend who has a pair of Acoustats (4222, I think). He's interested in rebuilding them himself, or shipping them off to someone who specializes in Acoustat rebuilds. I thought I'd ping the group to see if they have any resources for the home rebuilder, or a reference to a pro.
