Accuphase T-1200 Tuner

Does anyone know how to change the highest FM frequency receivable of Accuphase T-1200 from 95Mhz to 108Mhz?

All commercial stations sound awful. Aren't most of the PBS stations below 95Mhz? They seem to be the only ones that sound decent.
