Which releases had the problem?
Accoustic Sounds/ Fantasy 45 issues
I wanted to let any of you who may be having problems with the Fantasy 45 series of records from Accoustic Sounds know that they are aware that there is a problem and they are working on it. The issue is, that some of the records are arriving to the costumer with a hazzy white line on 3 sides of the vinyl.
Chad Kassem, the owner of Accoustic Sounds, called me out of the blue a few weeks back and said that he was working on the problem. This was in response to me calling a few days before and asking that they cancel my future orders for the Fantasy 45 series. I did not ask that he call, and the call itself was in no way hostile on either end. It was a nice gesture that he took the time to call and show concern and offer to replace the damaged records, and is working on the problem.
I do not work for these guys and have no affiliation with them. I wanted to pass on a nice bit of customer service.
