A question of Balance?

If you are using both a balanced power supply and a sine wave generating power supply, which one goes into the wall outlet first, and why?
Also, I would like to hear from people that have one or both, about the improvements to your systems.
I have the Exact Power EP 15A, and have been considering adding balanced power.

Actually, according to exact power's web site, they recommend connecting the balanced device (in their case the sp15a) after the ep15a.

I would love to hear if others have experimented with balanced conditioners other then the sp15a with their ep15a as well.

The balancing device typically connects to the AC line, then the regenerator connects to the balanced output of the isolation transformer.
