4 ohms or 8 ohms

I have an Audio Research VT 200 amp and Aerial 10T speakers. Would anyone know if I should be using the 4 ohm taps or the 8 ohm taps ?

If you are concerned about the speaker impedance being too low, try raising it by using the Paul Speltz Zero auto-former.
