??? 220v Audiophile Grade Ground Lifting Plug???

There is a very good possibility I will be taking an 18 month job contract in the Philippines next year..If this happens I will absolutely be taking a small, decent sounding hi fi system based on active speakers & a small tube Pre Amp/DAC/Headphone Amp with me..
Does anyone know of an audiophile Grade Ground Lifting Plug similar to the Synergistic Research Quantum Ground Lifter plug(only 120v Rated) that will handle 220v?
I would like to take a few with me just in case I run into Type A outlets as my power cables will likely have Type B plug ends...
Thanks much,take care..

Why would you want to lift a safety ground?  Especially, when SR has the following warning on their website.

Note: we cannot recommend that you lift your component's ground if doing so violates either the manufacturer's recommendations or local electrical codes. Please check local laws and with the manufacturer of your equipment before using any ground lifter

Ughhhhh, did you READ the part about being in the Philippines where 220v,Type A,ungrounded plugs may still be prevelant?
