dynaudio c-4s in a small room? Aw C'mon.....Good positioning in a good room makes any speaker better. Bad positioning in a bad room doesn't make a good speaker bad.
Upgrading through the current Revel lineup Any opinions? The price jump for used Revels doubles from the F52's to the Studio 2 and triples for the Salon 2. Are the Ultima product line that much superior to the Performa's?
Cable Elevators killed my bass You need to place the elevators on no more than 4 inch centers or it kills the bass.If they are more than 8 inches apart it will kill the treble too.You need to buy more elevators.

Where's the bass? Definitive Technology ST or STS have built in subs. Bass galore and reasonable price.
ps audio perfect wave transport PS has been promising a cd product for years now. First it was going to be a "memory player", which was never produced Now this which looks to be a one disk music server, coupled with a renamed DAC product. I think PS needs a credibility check. Al...

Rega Planet Original You'll probably find that you need to replace the laser. I did. The originals are getting long in the tooth and the lasers are starting to crap out. Rega did not give me a satisfactory answer on replacement. I could recommend a shop or two to do t... |
