Synergistic Research HFT + FEQ
Dave,There is another thread on Audiogon, just called,"Synergistic Research HFT's".  That thread seems to have a little more activity.  I've just posted a few things over there.  Oregon Papa has already noticed my activity, so maybe others might b...

Will do.  I'm trying to not re-invent the wheel here so hopefully I'll get a little direction.  Oh, I also have to get back home from Mexico.

Dave;Did you ever have success with Ozzy's HFTs?  I am thinking about buying supplies to try these, but your post raised some red flags.  Not having seen any of the actual parts I wonder if there are better way to put here together - is there a "b...

The awful truth about CDs, do they have the same shelve life as LP's ?
Count me in as having about 500 CDs dating back to the 80s, and never having one CD go bad on me - with one exception.  Back about 8-10 years ago I decided to find out why they were so popular, so I bought a Nickleback CD.  That one was awful righ...
When and how did you, if at all, realize vinyl is better?
I think you're missing my point.  Once CDs disappear there will be no new records either.   Marketing simply will cut them both off.  Not enough profit margin left in manufacturing physical product when most all of the world is digital.  Right now...

What do I need for customs if purchased in Canada & ship to US?
Thank for the help.   Is there a form that needs to be filled out to get a parcel through customs, and if so, can I get a copy from somewhere so I can send it to a seller prior to the seller getting to the post office?
Capacitor Questions Re-capping Dahlquist DQ-20s
I'm not sure if you are wanting to upgrade the performance of your DQ-20s beyond original, or if you just want to get them back to like-new condition.  Sounds like you want to restore them back to like-new.If so, have you talked with Dahlquist?  T...
Which song has fewest words ever?
Many, many years ago Mad Magazine included a floppy 45 RPM recording of a song where the music had frequently stop-time gaps, into which they injected the sound of belching.  Nothing else was vocalized.  Sometimes just one belch, sometimes three o...
