Audioquest Fog Lifters I agree that somebody who is handy shouldn’t have much trouble building their own. That’s not me, though. Making crude risers out of cardboard strips to test the idea was about the limit of my skills and patience.
Totally Free, Easy DIY Cable Lifters Having proven to myself the value of getting cables off the floor, with my homebrew elevators, I decided to try a set of Audioquest Fog Lifters. Wow, I did not expect such an improvement over the cardboard! Listening to some of my favorite music, ...
Grounding boxes which ones have YOU tried? And results? The Gutwire grounding cables for individual components are another approach. I currently have Ultimates plugged into my DAC & pre, and they work well.https://gutwire.com/products/ground-cable/

Is $2,844 too much to pay for a fuse? Just got in a second light blue fuse for my DAC. So far, more of the same improvements I got in my CD transport. Very nice!😃 One thing I appreciate is the break in seems to be pretty quick, without any of the nasties you get with some other stuff....
