Apr 26, 2004	Why a second Vandersteen sub? Bigtee is correct. Also, make sure you are using the fixed filters. Several folks here make them, using better caps than RV, for lower cost. But at least, go the X-2s.

Apr 19, 2004	Comfortable by good sounding headphones? I own both the HD-650s and the AKG K340s. Both are comfortable. HDs are open and can be heard at a distance. They are a very good can but quite a bit more expensive than the K340s.

Apr 14, 2004	need advice on attaching banana plug to cables YOu may want to use crimp sleeves (WBT is one manufacturer). Slip the sleeve over the bare wire, crimp it down HARD, then tighten the set screws to the crimped sleeve.

Apr 12, 2004	Vandersteen speakers set up Newbie needs help Plea Mary- You will either need to biwire the Vandys or use a jumper. I'd recommend biwiring. The only way to get more power out of the Elite is to take the front L&R signals from pre-amp outs (if available) to a separate amp for the Vandys.
