Cat 6 speaker wire. Gem in the rough. Experimented with Cat 5, 20 years ago (worked for a telecom company). Used Plenum Teflon grade. Very bright and edgy sound. Preferred stranded copper PVC speaker cable. Much better choices out there today. | |
Tonearm wiring termination---DIN, or RCA jacks? Good quality RCAs are superior to DINs. 'Swamp' also has a good solution. | |
Shunyata conditioner I run direct to the AC outlet for my power amps. I use the Shunyata Hydra-6 for every thing else. Sounds fine to me. |
