| ATC active vs. passive I have a pair of ATC SCM50 passives running through a c900 and m10x pre/power combo. For me this setup is all I will ever need. Silky smooth at low volume and that's retained at much higher DB. They match very well. | |

| Luxman L-509X as a preamp I just tried my 509x with a musical fidelity 308cr power and wow. The extra power gives the sound much more authority. Is this setup a waste? Not really as I’ve got a sound I enjoy and flexibility. |
