| Pre Amp or Amp Best Money Spent I would personally go for the better preamp and the budget amp. I always found the better pre gave me more of what I wanted as far as sound quality. | |
| Tube amp location certainly don't place the amps on top of your speakers. I believe my suggestion with the use of fans might be a good option. |
