SBT vs Sonos ZP90: Best Digital Output? Anyone else who has compared modified units?
Will Squeezebox Touch play iTunes from USB Drive? Logitech Support replied too late. I can always give it another try. I think I resolved, or at least improved the wireless issue, although I still need to try it with a USB bus-powered drive. I'm waiting until my system is completed before diving ...
Halide Bridge vs hiFace Evo vs Sonicweld 192 Update/Last Post;I discovered that the temporary power cord being used between the wall outlet and power conditioner had had a detrimental effect on the systems sound, thus negatively affecting my judgement and what I was hearing with the USB conv...
Will Squeezebox Touch play iTunes from USB Drive? I ended up returning it. Didn't have a chance to try USB drive. The constant rebuffering issue and unappealing GUI was a turn off. The problem was most likely with the wireless/network, not the iMac. I did some rearrangement with the AE/AEBS devic...
Favorite 300B: Sophia vs KR My 300B journey has come to an end. I've since moved on to a new soundscape - F2A11.
Halide Bridge vs hiFace Evo vs Sonicweld 192 by Tvad: "You have to select it to play through the external speakers in the Apple Midi application. It will not do play through the external speakers automatically......"Yes, did that too. Already learned from setting up other USB converters as m...
Halide Bridge vs hiFace Evo vs Sonicweld 192 by Audioengr: "This is really simple. You go to preferences - audio and select the EVO and then you get output. It is the operating systems that are causing these problems and confusions, not the device. Dont blame the device or the driver. If you...
Logitech Squeezebox vs. Sonos I'd recommend SBT after being completely disappointed with Sonos ZP90/ZB combo. You need either your computer (music files) or NAS connected to wireless router (connected to DSL/Cable modem). And you may need an additional ZB (Sonos enjoys pushing...
Halide Bridge vs hiFace Evo vs Sonicweld 192 Non buon.Evo was plugged in prior to driver installation (I realized it required a driver after noticing the device wasn't listed under Sound>Output Prefs). Everything looked fine, power on,..etc, except for the fact that it would only play thr...
Your impressions of BPT L-9C Power Cord? I realize that. IIt's an inevitable result coming from standard power cords. Wait until your whole system is switched over and you add a power conditioner.
Your impressions of BPT L-9C Power Cord? Any decently upgraded third-party power cord will be an improvement over a standard $6 power cord. I used all PS Audio AC-3 and Jewel in my HT system and was impressed. Good value.
Halide Bridge vs hiFace Evo vs Sonicweld 192 M2Tech Support still hasn't replied to my request for help with using the hiFace Evo. At least it was a friends who let me borrow it to try so no loss. Hopefully he'll have more success since it's being set up by someone who knows it.I'm not even ...
Logitech Squeezebox vs. Sonos Sonos ZP90 doesn't support 24/96? I was going to try Sonos w/ DAC (SPDIF COAX). I only play Red Book CD's ripped in Apple Lossless.
Using Airport Express/AirTunes. If you like sound through optical w/ AE give it a try, but SB3 via COAX will be superior. Depending on where your set up and surroundings, distance between devices/wireless network router, external interference,..etc., it may take using multiple w...
