Cruz:The Onkyo 605 doesn't do the advanced audio formats. Still a good buy however.

HudsonHawk-could the color space problem be solved by running at 1080i instead of 1080p? Just curious as to what you were outputting at when the problems occurred. Since it didn't work out for you, what have you done instead?Thanks

Brilliant Sony. So the HI-SCAN CRT SONY televisions they sold without HDMI are not compatible with their flagship gaming system/ blue-ray player.

Does the ps3 even output in 1080i yet? Early versions only did 1080p and 720p.

The Axiom for $150 gives you extra money put into the rest of the system. Maybe the best deal around.

Arro with an upgraded Mccormack DNA.5 could run around $1500 used and would be sweet. I currently have Arros with a stock DNA-1, Luminous Audio Axiom passive preamp ($150), and am pleased (For now...) 
Totem Home theatre
My "theater" is anchored by arros. Its a small room as well and I do obviously use a sub with them, and I am very pleased with the results. I also do not use a center speaker as I don't feel I need it with the fantastic imaging of the arros. Like ... 
Is Quality Prog. Scan DVD Under $500 possible?
You can find most Sony DVD players for under $500 and I believe that they are great. Also used sony es models are found for about $500, and they can't be beat unless you triple the price range.Good luck 
Tubes or Sand for Totem Arro under 1k?
