Best Classical to "broaden" listening arena? Check out: www.brightcecilia.comI believe St. Cecilia was the patron saint of music. This is a site dedicated to classical music. Not religious in any way, I think the title is from "Hail Bright Cecilia" by Handel or Purcell or some such.
The Piano - Herbie Hancock Always liked the Blue Note stuff before the funk, fusion, electric stuff. I'll check this one out.

Cars. What does the typical audiophile drive? Been driving 4X4 Toyota Tacomas for 20 years, also Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. Wanted a new Tacoma but the gas mileage is terrible (both 4cyl and V6) so just bought a 2012 Subaru Outback, mileage not great but better.
Berkeley Alpha Dac Series II, anyone heard it? Don't think there are many of these around yet. May have to give it a month or two before you get responses.
"Hidden Gems"' I loved the "tink" sound when my stone hit the screen in the funnel they gave me. I checked out the stone under a magnifying glass, all jagged edges and points like a crystal which it was (uric acid and calcium). Talk about a "Hidden Gem", if it w...

S/N ratio vs. dishes and stupid cats. S/N ratio vs. Pick-up truck. This is why I've always been satisfied with a cassette deck, especially on the highway. I don't believe cassette decks are available in any current new vehicle.
