Following the lead on a post from a few days ago. I hadn't played this one for quite some time.  The Kinks - The Kink Kronicles  1972 Reprise Records  Early pressing that sounds surprisingly clean and with good SQ.  I agree with @loomisjohnson...

I have a 2014 Cosmos version on Fantasy pressed at QRP that sounds pretty good. It's  the same year as the Analog Productions release and both were pressed at QRP. Same lacquer? Maybe.

I agree. Definitely better than the old 8 track quality that happened to be in my first car.  For the money the Bluesound Node is hard to beat. I've always been very satisfied with the sound quality from 16/44 files and up to 24/192.
