Class A amplifiers - which are considered the best Thank god, now I can listen to my M60s and not worry about it:)
Lightspeed Attenuator - Best Preamp Ever? Very cool. I'll be calling:)
Amplifiers:A Keeper for Life. Do you know of one ? This feels a bit like grade inflation where half the class gets As.
Decware - any substance here? Hope you enjoy :)
Lightspeed Attenuator - Best Preamp Ever? That's good, I thought the Slagle AVC was preferable to the S&B TVC - though in both cases exteremely good, and very high value given the quality of their performance.Anthony, is the voltage adjustable OTL preamp on the website yet? Sounds lik...
Most forgiving high end speaker 10k-20k? Well, you know have several years worth of speakers to audition:)
Lightspeed Attenuator - Best Preamp Ever? Given the necessary taper for stepped attenuators and the expense of steps, it seems like 1.5db is likely the goal then. Is the MLA shipping yet?
Lightspeed Attenuator - Best Preamp Ever? That is what I suspect, 2db would not be as useful as one would hope, but I'm speculating, not having tried it.

Class A amplifiers - which are considered the best Ralph, are the M60s pure class A? Not that I care, except theortically. I do remember when I bought my CAT JL2 that Ken Stevens scoffed at claims others made about being Class A (he had an SS design in mind), but I think his amp was pur Class A, i...
Music Reference RM9 - user comments please You should go to AudioCircle and join the Music Reference forum, you'll find lots of answers to your questions, and a possible reply from Roger himself, or Music Reference lunatics that know the equipment well.http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?...
How many tube watts for Vandersteen 2's? Old Testament only.
Music Reference RM9 - user comments please Not sure what Roger did from I to II, but I do know that he does makes this changes unless they are real and substantial, so as Clio9 says, that might very well be a worthy improvement - the RM9 is a classic, might as well go to MKII. |
