Gershman Acoustics Sonogram?
I've heard them twice. This year and last at FSI in Montreal.Both times I was impressed. Definitely full range and they do image well. You'll be happy.

It depends on the sound you want, the music you listen to and your other equipment. My 2nd system is in a room that's 11 x 13 with an 8 foot ceiling and I use either a pair of original 1983 Linn Kans, similar to LS3/5As, or Reference 3A Dulcets. D... 
Banana plugs, Spades or a little of each?
Bananas for ease of use. I use both WBTs on Crystal Cable and BFAs on DIY cables and both work well. Cardas copper spades on the end of jumpers between sets of speaker posts. 
Best/Cheapest/Easist Way To Burn CD's?
Use your computer to burn your cds. If you want to make an exact copy you can use a program from Slysoft called "Clone CD". Otherwise EAC, which I use, or dBpoweramp CD Writer, allows you to make compilations. Both work very well.

It may depend on what model iPod you have. Vinnie at Red Wine Audio modifies 4G iPods bypassing the volume control etc. He might be able to modify yours with a digital output. 
Best RCA to mini adapter or RCA to mini cable?
The Zu Pivot is a good cable. Big, big improvement over a Radio Shack I had or the readily available Monster (though it was significantly better than the RS and cheap at $20). The Zu is good value, especially if you get it on auction at ebay. Clea...
