Does a Lumin App for Windows 11 exist..?
So, without a reply, should I assume that the Lumin player cannot be used on a PC running windows 11?  ozzy
Lumin X1 and Upgraded DC umbilical cord for power supply.
Well, it's been a couple of days now and the lean sound that was first present seems to be gone. I was a little concerned. If it is made truly with high grade silver, then I guess some break in is expected. I think Steve said 150 hours. ozzy

The best plug in filter ever!
tksteingraber, I have 3 separate dedicated lines. Main system subwoofers video. So, I am using two Puron’s on each line. Yes 2 are better than 1, sorry. ozzy
The best plug in filter ever!
I have 7 Purons. 2 are on each dedicated line and another where my modem/ether Regen plugs in. I have tried 3 on a dedicated line and I thought it bleached the music too much. But try it, you never know. I used the QSA red/black plug at the wall ...
The best plug in filter ever!
I had the QSA red/black plug for a demo and honestly, I was not impressed. At least with my equipment. YMMV. Now, I also am trying out the Fuse Box on my amps. ozzy

charles1dad, First the unit has to be turned upside down. Then there is a long rear top overhang that gives little to no room for my fat fingers. Then you have to line up the pins, push the connector in/down and thread the round ring that tighten...

facten, I would also like to add that I found with the Puron filter the HF MC-.05 type devices detracted the sound quality. You may also find that to be true with the Venon filter. So also try it with that one removed. ozzy
Lumin P1 or Pre / Streamer / DAC separates?

Here is post from a gent from the What’s Best forum on the subject. "If I were to rank the umbilical cords on a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being awful and 10 being perfect (and by definition, unattainable), I would put the stock umbilical cord at a ...
AUDIO SCIENCE REVIEW and $50 to spend.........
prof, There are many levels of Nordost cables. I have tried most, but don’t prefer their sound. A little too thin for me. How about you? If you agree, then you believe that cables do matter... Anyway, enough of this, I feel like our conversation...
AUDIO SCIENCE REVIEW and $50 to spend.........
prof, I didn’t read all of your long replies. But when I read or hear someone spouting about how cables don’t matter it is usually from someone who has a very, let’s just say, a starter system. The components you have listed however should be go...
AUDIO SCIENCE REVIEW and $50 to spend.........
prof, It’s not a conclusion just an understanding. Look back at what you have already posted early on in this thread. You have tried this or that and you conclude they don’t matter. Sort of like the Audio Science guy. . Here is what YOU wrote:...

Thanks. It helps me understand why you are so negative on the benefits of equipment upgrades. And why you are so close minded about listening vs measurement tests. Please no long-winded reply. Can you keep it pithy? ozzy
