Willoamp, The silver wire I have is about 26 gauge. The thought of using copper was to be able to add more gauge.
Music and politics
Bongofury, I think it is you who has it all wrong.I really do not care about the performers personal point of view. If that viewpoint is in a song that I like then he can express it to me that way.I say give all people a freedom of choice. A choic...
Music and politics
I have an idea. The Musicians who want to rant about there political views with the captive audience in concert should make an announcement at the beginning of the show. That announcement could be like,” After the Concert, the group (Artist) will sp...

Classe CA 400, Pass Labs X250 and X350 comparison.

Heavy Speakers with Spikes on a Concrete Floor
Lifeengineer, Actually I did own some Cerapucs for a time and I did try them under my Andra 2 speakers. In the end, I preferred the spikes that came with my speakers and sold the Cerapucs.
Heavy Speakers with Spikes on a Concrete Floor
Rleff, Well not according to Mapeshade.
Heavy Speakers with Spikes on a Concrete Floor
Tvad, Yes they are some expensive brass balls and pricey wood too. Timbernation, isn't that the place that many Audiogon members were having trouble getting the products that were paid for?Srwooten, I always thought Concrete floors was a plus too....
Heavy Speakers with Spikes on a Concrete Floor
Buconero117, I would like to try it but as I have posted, my speakers weigh 215 lbs each and this is not an easy task for this old man to move around and slide a maple platform underneath. And by by the way, the ones I would need for my size speake...
