Strange Problem: Philips 867 Turntable ...Please read Ok is the receptacle, switched too? You have to start with 120vac and I'm sure you'll be just fine. Second is Bitcoin considered taxable income? I wonder if I could swing a Roller and a good looking, good female bodyguard/chauffeur with bitcoin?...
The response for REL regarding subwoofers The wife is always playing with the volume control on her system if they weren’t matched like a La Scala with normal subs, she wouldn’t shut up. Having to get up and turn the volume up or down on 3 plate amps when there is a main speaker volume ch...
Any Brands You “Hate” because of a bad dealer experience many years ago? I did have a dealer in Australia screw me around from Perth. Until he dies I won't go to that country. Does that count? :-) The guy was a total fudge bucket.
The response for REL regarding subwoofers Horn loaded subs at 95+% sensitivity. Maybe a pair of 12" per enclosure, two enclosures. They are huge but that's what I use to run with Western Electric, VOTT or any Klipsch. Back then we didn't have to many box subs. There ones like REL but pass...
How do you know when a stereo sounds good? I just don't get up, I have to get up and run for what ever I need. I don't want to pause it, or flip it, or change it, I just want to set there and listen.. As time goes on you just can't keep your eyes open.. THAT'S A GOOD pizza pie.... Regards
Any Brands You “Hate” because of a bad dealer experience many years ago? Like a 2 cycle Mark III a 3 cylinder, that kind of Kawasaki russ69? Death trap! True rice rockets of the time.
Help, MC7270 with 2 pairs, Serial or Parallel If you think about it. The signal would do through the first speakers crossover and then into the second ones. The second speaker would be getting a weird fractured signal at best. Parallel will be the tougher load but the signal would be correct ...
Using SUBWOOFERS internal crossover... Nothing ventured nothing gained. And there is an inexpensive fix.. Regards..
Using SUBWOOFERS internal crossover... I could see why. Your main amps/speakers are fed by a crossover from a SS plate bass amp that runs your subs? You don't use the little Schiit to feed those tube amps? No offense, what did you think would happen.. I can't think of a worse idea for ...
Where the heck are all these manufacturers coming from! BTW There are no 59K or 29K or 15K or or or.. I don't pay nutso money for gear when 50% of the sound is the room alone. ALL Speakers 25%, gear 20% and cables 5-15% depends on DIY and what you actually pay for cabling. A lot of amps can do the job...
Where the heck are all these manufacturers coming from! A millionaire? LOL Buy and sell a house in CA. Work like an animal for 49 years and then get treated like one too. I was 13 years old kicking rocks down the tracks walking between my 3 jobs.. I like the sound of Billionaire better. If I started c...
Is participating in this Forum infringing on and spoiling some of your listening time? I'm thinking of a 30 day spin dry.. As long as I don't start having hallucinations and seeing pink keyboard and sleep texting. :-) Regards
Straight up comparison REL T7 subwoofer vs Sunfire SDS 12 woofer. Preferences or opinions? http://pointillistic.com/vmps-audio/subwoofers.htm You see that slot on the bottom of that column. There is a 15" high excursion passive radiator in there. You adjust the columns Q with putty pinching a fingernail at a time. Very accurate way to ... |
