| Anyone heard Ubiq Model One? I finally got to hear these speakers the other day. The top end is anything but harsh. They aren't the last word in resolution, but have a very warm, beguiling and addictive sound that makes bad recordings sound listenable. | |
| Clearaudio Virtuoso Ebony Wood or Ortofon 2M Black Cartridge? The 2M Black is more clinical. It depends on the rest of the chain and your personal preferences. I prefer more body and warmth, so would stick with the Virtuoso, in my system, but YMMV. | |
