Jack White pressing LP's in the Motor City I have a Third Man Records pressing bought in their Detroit retail store. This was pressed in Nashville. It's a terrific recording. Very quiet and dynamic. | |
Has anybody heard this newer brand of turntable? Shineola Runwell out of Detroit, MI USA? I hear this a lot about Shinola watches. I don't understand why. Shinola watches are very well made. I've seen the process and the QC. Yes most parts are imported but that keeps the price relatively low. Most of their watches are in the $600-$900.... | |
When and how did you, if at all, realize vinyl is better? Really good thread. While digital can be done well for far less than a good table, cartridge and electronics it still to me sounds a bit artificial with a lack of depth.
