British sound??? Naim, Linn, Exposure are good examples for British electronics. plenty of PRAT, natural mid-range with little emphasis on the deep bass or sound stage.

Integrated to drive PSB Imagine T's in large room I have a Naim 140 amp and it works well with my psb gold stratus is. Naim is conservatively rated. Also have heard Sim Audio and also excellent. PSB are fairly sensitive.
PSB Alpha B 1's I have had 3 pair of alphas and my kids now have them and they still sound good paired with good electronics or mid-fi. PSB gold or platinum take it to a higher level with usable bass included.

vandersteen sings with naim amps I heard quatros with Naim 300 and it sounded very good but they have more juice than the supernait. May want to go to the Nap 250 and Nac 202 or 282 preamp. instead.
Speakers for Rotel RSX-1057 PSB would be a good match. |
