| How much power can a pair of Klipsch La Scalas take ? I ran mine with 35wpc tube amp. They were more than loud at 12 o clock. I also ran a 135wpc vintage marantz and they handled it no problem. If ran too loud your ears will bleed. | |

| Which material sounds better for speakers construction? Wood, Ply or MDF? My Italian walnut diapasons sound pretty good. I’m voting for solid wood. It’s just too expensive. Walnut, maple and cherry is very dense but to build a speaker cabinet it’s just too expensive. |
