I enjoy Abraham Burton’s version of Laura. His interpretation is a bit slower and probably a bit heavier on the sax. Very nice sound to my ears.   Laura

Definitely Bean Counter, with a focus on trying to find value that goes well beyond price.  A great deal of the enjoyment in this hobby (for me) is the thrill of the hunt (for value)!

Did you end up with the HSU's?  I'm also considering those and would be interested in your user experience.

Soix, The 3 HSUs would run about $1,300, which isn't bad.  But looking around the SVS outlet site, I can get 2 SVS Ultra Bookshelves and the Prime Center for about $1,500.   Seem like a good value for those speakers.    I'm just running a Marant...

Thank you for your input.  I've not had any experience with SVS speakers, but I know they are widely considered strong performers.  They are certainly offered at an attractive price point, especially with free shipping.
