My Tannoy Dual Gold 12 inches.... But they dont fit on my desk here and even in my next room when i will sell my house...Happily it is not so much only the speakers quality that count, but the room where they are immersed like a whale in the sea.....

ANOTHER UPDATE: Your speakers dont like to live with 4 empty ceiling corners....On the five corners in my room now the fourth have been treated by rectangular aluminium covered cardboard plate and a triangular one, forming on the corner a kind of ...

UPDATE: Your speakers dont like to live with 4 empty ceiling corners.... I just add a third corner treatment....With a rectanchle of hard cardboard and one triangle shaped cover with aluminium paper....It is astounding...My test cd is some violin ...

My Sansui AU 7700 recap is so great that i bought another Sansui supposed to be better in the alpha series.... theorically better in refinement and it was.... But i go on mainly with my so sweet, ,more colored, and "less refined" Au7700.... The 2 ...

It remind me of my schoolyard teen years, when some objected about listening the words they dont understand or reacted to interest they dont like....My hate of crowd come from these years indeed....Coming back to the OP matter, gear has no interes...

The tone controls of my Sansui AU 7700 are very good...I dont use them now because all my embeddings external controls are in place...I use a filter control  tough...Am i guilty?😊

Thanks hilde45...Pirsig is an interesting writer and your recommendation is interesting... Pirsig was pushing toward something like a more integrated view, a connective, dynamic way of seeing experience rather than pigeonholing ways of seeing. ...
