Beatles covers: better than originals?
yes, I agree. Shirley Bassey's cover of something is great. But I quite like listening to Johnny Flynn's cover of Rocky Raccoon too. Ozzy Osbourne's cover of In My Life is alright too. But I do tend to go with the original versions...

Just listened to Ten Years After "Watt". Cool sound! Although it's from 1970 (golly, that's 39 years ago!), it's got an amazing feeling to it. Okay, 'although' sounds a bit negative come to think of it... but I hope you know what I mean :)

I love "Sultans of Swing" live on the Dire Straits album "Alchemy"!For something else...I love the guitar solo on "Another Brick In The Wall (Part II)" by Pink Floyd. David Gilmour is great. 
Which James Bond Theme Recording
Goldfinger!!! I also like Dame Shirley Bassey's vocals on Diamonds Are Forever.In my opinion everybody should have all James Bond themes in their music collection. Their great for parties...especially if the theme of the party is "James Bond" :p
