NEW Cerious Technologies Upgrade - Graphene Matrix Cables @in_shore , The changes just might be worth it because these cables are very good. Also, the IC’s and SC’s are game changing.if you haven’t heard a Berning amp since the Seigfried then you must hear the latest Berning designs from Linear Tube Audi...
NEW Cerious Technologies Upgrade - Graphene Matrix Cables @in_shore , The new Matrix power cords are not all that flexible. The Graphene Extreme PC’s are just slightly more flexible but nothing like a wet noodle.
NEW Cerious Technologies Upgrade - Graphene Matrix Cables It’s a pretty good bet that Bob is spending time with his family like the rest of us during the holidays. You have nothing to worry about and when you get your cables you will realize the wait was well worth it.
Tekton Double Impacts While I’m now waiting for the DI SE, I have tried quite a few amps with the DI’s to find the combo I like the best. I have borrowed some big SS amps from friends and a few different LTA amps as well. I have now tried Benchmark AHB2, Mirror Image 1...
Using JL Audio Esub with Merlin VSM @mcpherson , I have a pair of E110’s and yes, Barry at JL Audio is the guy to talk to and he is very enthusiastic. He will tell you to use the line level inputs using the excellent crossover built into the subs.I’m using the line level inputs with...
Most satisfying system change in 2017? Along with the Cerious Technologies Matrix Cables I have already mentioned, I recently brought home a Linear Tube Audio 20 watt UltraLinear amp. This is a new product and I don’t think it’s even on their web site yet but it is transformative in my...
Most satisfying system change in 2017? Going with all Cerious Technologies Graphene Matrix cables was as big as any component Change.
Tekton Double Impacts Thank you David, that’s exactly what I was hoping to hear. Im looking forward to sharing about mine in 3 or 4 months.
Rega RP8 or Technics SL1200G @avanti1960 , I did not have the ART9 before selling the Scout. I did run a Soundsmith Zepher on the Scout which worked well but not in the same league with the SL1200GAE and ART9.
Rega RP8 or Technics SL1200G Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and I agree the Rega is very stylish. This is less important to me than the sound although the look of the Technics does bring about certain nostalgic feelings when spinning vinyl.
NEW Cerious Technologies Upgrade - Graphene Matrix Cables @powerglide, I have not had exposure to any of the Shunyata line of cables but I can confirm that the Matrix PC bests the GE by a good margin if that helps any.
Tekton Double Impacts @klh007 , I still have the Mirror Image amps, all 400 watts into 4 Ohms running the DIs and sounding fantastic. The LTA Ultralinear is currently breaking in powering my Janszen zA21.1s and surprisingly loud with 20 watts powering 87 dB speakers.Y...
NEW Cerious Technologies Upgrade - Graphene Matrix Cables The power cables are excellent, besting all PCs I’ve tried to date including: Lessloss Signature, Sablon Grand Corona, Sablon Petite, Mad Scientist Audio, etc. I can’t even remember all of the cables I’ve tried.
Tekton Double Impacts I would like to try the GAIA footers on my Tektons but the weight of the DI’s would require the GAIA II. I have thin carpet on concrete and wondered if they had spikes? The spikes I see look like they only fit the GAIA I.
Rega RP8 or Technics SL1200G I have an SL1200GAE with Parasound JC3+ and Audio Technica ART9 cart. This is a spectacular combination and the last vinyl setup I will ever need. Far exceeding the VPI Scout 1.1 it replaced. |
